Basic Information: Account nickname
Network Identification Information: System account (including third-party accounts), IP address and relevant passwords
Device Information: Hardware model, operating system and other information of your commonly used devices
Location Information: Precise geolocation data

We may request the following permissions based on your use of service functions:

Camera & Album Permission: For image saving and QR code scanning
Location Permission: To obtain your location and connect to hardware devices
Bluetooth Permission: To connect with peripheral hardware devices
Storage Permission: To download, save and access images for printing

You may independently decide whether to grant the above permissions. If you refuse to grant a certain permission, the App will be unable to provide functions dependent on that permission, but this will not affect your use of other unrelated functions of the App. We shall not be liable for any inability to use relevant functions caused by your refusal of authorization.

You may enable, disable or revoke granted permissions at any time through your device system settings. After any permission setting change, the App will collect and use relevant information within the updated permission scope.

1.2 Usage of Personal Information

The necessary information collected is mainly used to ensure the normal operation of core functions. Meanwhile, we will also use such information to maintain and optimize existing functions as well as develop new services.

1.3 Entrusted Processing, Sharing, Transfer and Public Disclosure of Personal Information

Entrusted Processing: Within the scope of our services, only Alibaba Cloud SDK is used to process and store your personal information such as user content and avatar. No other external service providers are entrusted by the Company to process your personal data.
Information Sharing: We will not share your personal information with any third-party companies, organizations or individuals without your explicit consent, except in the following circumstances:
- Necessary third-party SDKs are integrated to realize the core functions of our products;
- Circumstances required by laws and regulations, or necessary for performing statutory duties and obligations.
Information Transfer: We will not transfer your personal information to any company, organization or individual unless under the following conditions:
- We may transfer your personal information to a third party with your explicit consent;
- In the event of corporate merger, acquisition or bankruptcy liquidation involving the transfer of personal information, we will require the new holder to continue to comply with this Privacy Policy; otherwise, we will require the new holder to obtain your re-authorization.
Public Disclosure: We may publicly disclose your personal information under the following circumstances:
- After obtaining your explicit consent;
- As required by law or mandatory requirements of competent government authorities.

1.4 Protection of Your Personal Information

We adopt industry-standard security measures to prevent unauthorized access, tampering, disclosure or loss of personal information. We deploy technical tools such as Alibaba Cloud Web Application Firewall and Cloud Security Center for data protection.
We undertake to delete irrelevant personal information within a reasonable period and retain your personal information only for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes stated in this Policy, unless otherwise required by law.
In the event of a personal information security incident, we will promptly notify you and take remedial measures in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

2. Third-Party SDK Integration

To improve user experience and provide partial services, our products may integrate third-party SDKs and other tools:

Alibaba Cloud Object Storage (OSS) SDK is used to store user-uploaded avatars, images, files and other resources, which may collect device identifiers and network information.

3. Your Rights

We comply with the laws of China and other relevant regions to protect your legitimate rights concerning your personal information:

To inquire, access and obtain a copy of your personal information;
To correct or supplement inaccurate personal information;
To request deletion of your personal information under specific circumstances (e.g., when the purpose of processing has been fulfilled or you have withdrawn your consent);
To request us to transfer your personal information to a designated third party where conditions are met;
To withdraw your authorized consent at any time (withdrawal shall not affect the legitimacy of data processing conducted prior to withdrawal based on your previous consent);
To restrict our processing of your personal information by adjusting privacy permission settings;
We will respond to your above requests within the time limit stipulated by law (normally within 15 working days). For security purposes, you may need to submit a written request or verify your identity through other means. We may verify your identity prior to handling your request.

4. Processing of Minors’ Information

Our products and services are mainly intended for adults. For children under the age of 14, or minors aged 14 and above who are deemed as persons with no or limited capacity for civil conduct, we will not process their personal information without the explicit consent of their legal guardians. Minors are not allowed to register an account without parental or guardian consent.

If we discover any personal information of minors collected without authorization, we will delete the relevant data as soon as possible. Guardians who have inquiries about minors’ personal information may contact us via the channels specified in Clause 6.
